OUR SERVICES
We’re more than just food – we’re party planner extraordinaires!
Food
We bring everything needed for your previously determined menu down to the salt and pepper! We’ll arrive early to set up our “kitchen,” which may not always be in yours. Our food will have been prepped in our commercial kitchen but finished in your home or event venue so it’s as fresh as possible. We will bring small kitchen appliances as needed and always pack our own knives, cutting boards, sheet pans and anything else we may need for food preparation.
Staff
Our experienced team of chefs, sous chefs, bartenders and servers are professionals who have years of experience in the catering industry. We arrive early to set up and stay late to clean up and break down. Our crew has worked together for years, so we’re able to work together seamlessly to ensure a smooth event. With everything in our staff’s capable hands, you’re able to relax and enjoy yourself and your guests.
Rentals
Need tables and chairs? Dishes or glassware? Linens? We’re happy to arrange any rentals you may need. From a casual backyard BBQ to a black-tie wedding, we can provide direction and arrange for delivery, setup/breakdown and removal of all necessary rental items. Need a tent? Dance floor? Kitchen equipment for your outdoor event? We can help! Looking for a DJ or lighting specialist? Over the years we’ve built a network of trusted vendors we’re more than happy to share with you.
Logistics / Event Setup and Breakdown
Events can be complicated. We’re here to make them look easy. We’re happy to come to your home or venue and provide recommendations on the number of food/beverage and guest tables, layout, flow of the event, timing and other important logistics. We arrive early to set up any rentals, making sure everything is beautiful and ready to go before guests arrive and stay late to make sure everything is broken down and put away.
